User Agreement

By downloading, installing, or using KeyTik: The All-in-One Automation Tool ("the Software"), you ("the User") agree to comply with and be bound by the terms of the Apache License 2.0 ("the License") and the following additional terms. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not download, install, or use the Software.

1. License to Use #

The Software is licensed under the Apache License 2.0, allowing you to:

Use, modify, and distribute the Software under the conditions outlined in the License.
Retain all included notices, such as copyright statements, in the Software.

2. Intended Use and Responsible Usage #

Avoid activities that violate the terms of service of third-party platforms or harm their integrity.

Prohibited Uses: #

You must not use the Software for:

Fraudulent activities or deceptive practices.
Unauthorized gaming automation or gaining unfair advantages in online environments.
Hacking, data theft, or unauthorized access to systems.
Spamming or sending unsolicited messages.
Violating intellectual property rights or laws.
Engaging in any illegal or harmful activities.

3. No Liability for Misuse #

By using KeyTik, you acknowledge that:

The creators of KeyTik are not responsible for any misuse or illegal activities resulting from the Software.
You are solely accountable for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless KeyTik and its creators from any claims, damages, or legal actions resulting from misuse of the Software.

4. Restrictions on Use #

In addition to the Apache License 2.0 terms, you agree not to:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the Software's source code unless explicitly permitted by law.
Distribute, sell, or share the Software in ways that violate the License.
Use the Software to interfere with or disrupt networks, systems, or services.

5. Termination of License #

Your license to use the Software will terminate immediately if you:

Violate any terms of this agreement or the Apache License 2.0.
Engage in activities that harm the integrity of third-party platforms or violate their policies.

Upon termination, you must stop using and uninstall the Software.

6. Updates and Support #

KeyTik may provide updates, bug fixes, or additional features at its discretion. These updates may include new terms or conditions. While support is available at fajar.rahmad.jaya.profile@gmail.com, it is not guaranteed.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties #

The Software is provided "as is," without any warranties, guarantees, or assurances. KeyTik and its creators disclaim liability for:

Errors, bugs, or interruptions in the Software.
Fitness for specific purposes.
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from its use.

You assume all risks associated with using the Software.

8. Governing Law #

This agreement is governed by the laws of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved in the competent courts of Indonesia.

We use Google AdSense and other third-party services to monetize and analyze our platform. By downloading or using KeyTik, you agree to:

Adhere to the terms of service for any third-party platforms or services associated with the Software.
Allow anonymous usage data collection for performance improvements and lawful advertising purposes.

10. Changes to the User Agreement #

KeyTik reserves the right to update this User Agreement at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. It is your responsibility to review the agreement periodically.
